2" Billet Stainless Steel Depositor Cylinder
OEM depositor cylinders are a two-piece assembly consisting of an aluminum housing and stainless steel bore. These cylinders are fragile. A dropped OEM cylinder is a damaged cylinder. The aluminum becomes pitted and scarred making it hard to clean. Sharp edges develop on the aluminum cutting hands and gloves. Repeated washing cycles crack the aluminum from thermal expansion.
Lanco Precision cylinders fix all of these problems. Our cylinders are precision CNC machined from a single piece high quality domestic T304 stainless steel. No aluminum to become damaged. Billet Stainless Cylinder Clamp
OEM cylinder clamps, just like the cylinders, are composed of aluminum and stainless steel. The body of the clamp is cast aluminum with a stainless threaded insert pressed into it. These clamps are fragile. Dropping the clamp on the floor often results in broken clamp fingers, cracking near the thumbscrew, and surface damage to the aluminum. The aluminum becomes pitted and scarred making it hard to clean. Sharp edges develop on the aluminum cutting hands and gloves. Repeated washing cycles loosen the threaded insert from the clamp's body.

What do you do with your depositor cylinders when you pull them off the basin? Keep your cylinders safe and accounted for by placing them on our cylinder holder.
Our cylinder holder securely holds six cylinders. No drilling or modifications are required to your depositor's frame. Our holder clamps to the depositor's frame.

2" Depositor O-Rings
The o-ring on your plungers is a vital part of product safety and longevity of your plungers and cylinder. The o-rings should be replaced frequently.
Lanco offers plunger o-rings packaged in any quantity. Do you have a PM schedule? Lanco can package and ship to you on a scheduled to ensure you're never out of stock.
O-rings are delivered in easily resealable screw-top FDA complient bucket and date stamped.

Depositor Cylinder Plug
Has your OEM depositor plug seen better days? The OEM's aluminum plug has the same problem as their cylinder; the material. The aluminum plug is damaged if dropped. Now your left with sharp aluminum edges and poor surface finish that doesn't clean well.
Lanco's plug fixes this problem. Our plugs are machined from virgin acetal Delrin plastic. No sharp edges, easy to clean, and no damage if dropped.

Actuator Arm (Clutch Pawl)
